CANADIAN COMMERCIAL PILOT LICENSE (H) (TCCA) > EUROPEAN COMMERCIAL PILOT LICENSE (H) (EASA)

Pre-requisites :

  • Hold a valid Canadian Commercial Pilot License (Helicopter)
  • Have passed the EASA Category 1 medical exam
  • Part 1: 10% of the total hours in internship at CEFA’s facility, Luxembourg
  • Part 2: 90% of the total hours by e-learning courses and workshops in Canada

The candidates have 18 months to complete all the 13 written exams

  • The applicant must have logged at least 185 hours flight time in helicopter.
  • Hold a valid night vision rating
  • Have passed the EASA CPL (H) ground school program.

PRIVATE PILOT LICENSE (HELICOPTER) > COMMERCIAL PILOT LICENSE

Pre-requisites :

Hold a valid ICAO helicopter private pilot license (PPL-H) with at least 45 hours flight time including:

  • 17 hours of dual instruction flight time with at least 3 hours of travel flight and 5 hours of instrument flight
  • 12 hours solo flight time, including: Travel flight of at least 100 nautical miles, including 2 landings other than the departure point

37 hours of dual instruction flight time, including:

23 hours solo flight time, including :

  • 5 hours of navigation
  • One travel flight of at least 2 hours with 3 landings other than the departure point

FOREIGN COMMERCIAL PILOT LICENSE (H) > CANADIAN COMMERCIAL PILOT LICENSE (H)
